What do you store?
Your own private space holds three things: your conversations, the documents you build (business plan, financials, research, brand, design), and your daily records (customer notes, bookings, messages, books).
Your space is walled off from every other customer. Your data is yours alone. Only you and the people you put to work in your space can see it.
None of it is ever used to train AI. We do not hand your words to anyone for that.
What is left after you delete?
Nothing you made. Deleting wipes your conversations, your documents, and your records.
We keep plain counts for a while to keep the system running: how many calls, how many bookings. Just numbers, never your words. Your plan, your customer notes, your call summaries are gone the moment you delete.
Before any of it is wiped, you get a full export, sent to you automatically. You walk away with your data in hand.
Who handles your data?
The default: we send each task to the right AI for the job. Your dashboard shows which AI handled which task. You can check it any time.
The most locked-down option: your own AI account. We run the work, but your words go straight to the AI and never pass through us. We see only that a task ran, never what was in it.
Either way, your dashboard shows which AI touched which task. Nothing is hidden.
What if a task needs an AI you did not pick?
It stops and asks you first. If a task needs an AI you have not approved, your dashboard asks before anything runs.
No quiet hand-off, ever. The dashboard asks, you say yes or no, and the task waits until you say yes.
This is built in, not a setting we can switch off. A task that needs an AI you have not approved always stops and asks first.
Your memory, your files, your records all live on your own computer. A small AI on that computer handles the everyday work. The heavier thinking goes to Claude on a paid business account, where your words are never used to train AI. That is a written contract, not just a promise.
When your computer is off, anything that comes in (calls, texts, events) waits briefly in the cloud. The moment your computer wakes up, it pulls all of it down and the cloud copy is wiped. Nothing stays up there.
Your phone runs on the regular phone network, so Michelle answers around the clock even while your computer sleeps. Call transcripts and summaries wait briefly in the cloud, then come down to your computer at the next sync.
Cancel and the syncing stops, the cloud copy is wiped, and your files stay right where they are, on your computer. Your data was always yours. You leave with it.
