Plan · Office Hours coming soon

Your idea, an honest go or no-go, and everything you need to build it.

Office Hours is one conversation. You bring your idea. It pressure-tests it, tells you straight whether to build it, and turns a yes into the eight documents the rest of the work runs on.

Office Hours is not live yet. This page shows how it works. Sign-up turns on the day it opens.

How it works

One conversation. Four questions most ideas cannot answer.

Office Hours walks your idea through four questions. It will not bless an idea that does not hold up. If you cannot name a real person with the problem, it says so, and it will not let you skip past the weak spot.

The four questions
One

Who exactly has this problem? A person, not a category. Not "small business owners." Someone whose name you know, or a job title at a company you could call today.

Two

How do they handle it now? If they do nothing, that tells you something. Name the workaround they live with and where it lets them down.

Three

Why would they switch to you? Changing anything is a hassle. Name the one headache you take away, not a list of features.

Four

What does the problem cost them? Not what you charge. What it costs them, in money or time, to leave it unsolved. That is what sets your price.

What you get

Eight documents from one conversation.

You explain your idea once, at the start. Everything below comes out of that conversation, so you are not repeating yourself and nothing wanders off from what you asked for.

  • Business plan
  • 5-year financial forecast
  • Market and competitor research
  • Naming candidates
  • Brand identity
  • Design system
  • Pitch deck
  • Investor prep, if your idea is built to raise
You check it before anyone builds on it

Each document shows the guesses behind it, not just the polished result. You see what it assumed about you and your market.

You change anything that is off. A number, a wrong guess about your customers, the way it describes you. Nothing is final until you sign off.

Everything built later starts from what you signed off on. A wrong number now becomes a real problem later, so this step matters.

The honest part

It will tell you no.
Three ways your idea can land.

Go

The problem is real. There is a clear path to your first sale. The numbers hold up. Time to build or launch.

No

It names exactly where the idea breaks and says stop. You keep everything it made. Not building the wrong thing is real money saved.

Pivot

The idea as you described it will not work, but a close cousin of it will. It names that version and tells you why. You decide whether to chase it.

How often it says no

When this is live, we will post the real count: of every idea that comes through, how many got a no and how many got a pivot. We do not have that number yet. We will not make one up. The real number lands here the day we have one to stand behind.

What a go gets you

A go gets you a real website on day one.

Built straight from the plan you just approved. It carries the business you signed off on, the name and brand that came out of the work, and the look to match. You start with a real site, not a blank page.

Where you go next depends on what you are building

A product or an app? Go to Build. A team builds it from your approved plan. You never touch a line of code.

A service or local business? Go to Operate. Michelle answers the phone, books the work, and one screen keeps track of all of it from day one.

Your idea is yours

Your idea stays yours. Here is what happens to it.

Private is the default. Your conversations with Office Hours stay in your own private space. They are never shared with other customers, and never used to train any AI.

Want it even more locked down? Bring your own AI account. We run the conversation, but the words you type go straight to the AI and never touch us.

What is stored, and how to wipe it

Stored: your conversation history, the documents you create, and your preferences. Kept in your own private space, walled off from every other customer.

Delete anytime: deleting wipes your conversation history, your documents, and your records. Nothing you created stays behind.
